Responsibilities

• Greet and direct clients, ensuring a welcoming intake process.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments and payments.
• Answer calls, redirect as needed, and return voicemails.
• Assist clinical staff with daily tasks and operations.
• Manage inside sales of client packages and track targets.
• Review package options with potential clients and explain recommendations.
• Process credit card payments and handle financial transactions securely.
