Mercy seeks a Patient Service Representative at the Springfield, MO location to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing front-desk operations and workflows to ensure a positive patient experience.

You will explain payment options, collect payments, and document financial conversations and outcomes with accuracy, while upholding patient privacy and confidentiality. Strong communication is essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• PSRs should be empathetic, patient-focused, and able to handle inquiries with tact.
• Accuracy and attention to detail for patient information and scheduling.
