Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience preferred.
• Background in front desk or medical front office desirable.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and provide information at the front desk.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance during check-in.
• Collect payments including deductibles and copays at the front desk.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and prosthetic care plans as needed.
• Serve as liaison for patient experience programs and resources.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records for all patients.
