Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• 1-2 years patient registration experience.
• 1-2 years hospital or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, guests and family members and check in.
• Verify demographics and insurance information in the EHR.
• Explain payment options including plans and financial assistance.
