Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-4 years in patient access, healthcare registration, or customer service.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access operations across multiple service areas.
• Ensure accurate patient registration and scheduling and support patient flow.
• Train and mentor Patient Access staff and ensure system proficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, audits, and financial clearance rates for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance patient experience and revenue cycle initiatives.
• Provide guidance on Epic Loyale, scheduling platforms, and billing processes.
