Job summary

Level 1 Fasteners is seeking an Order Entry & Reception Specialist to be the first voice and face of our Huntington, WV facility. The role combines front-desk duties with accurate entry of customer purchase orders into our ERP system to launch production.

Responsibilities include data entry, reception, mail and package distribution, and document management. Candidates should have 1–3 years in admin, data entry, or customer service, with strong computer skills and an eye for detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of administrative/data-entry/customer-service/front-desk experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• U.S. Person Status is required due to ITAR/EAR controls; citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer purchase orders into ERP accurately; verify details before release.
• Greet and manage front-desk reception, visitor check-ins, and logs.
• Handle inbound calls and central mailbox; route inquiries as needed.
• Scan, index, and file order PDFs and paper documents; ensure contract documents match accounts.
• Protect sensitive data per company security and compliance policies.
• Provide clerical support to other departments as needed.
