You will enter customer POs into the ERP system, greet visitors, manage calls and email inquiries, and maintain documents while safeguarding sensitive information and supporting multiple departments in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. Person status required due to ITAR/EAR access controls.
• Background check completed before employment.
• High school diploma or GED.

Aufgaben

• Review and enter customer purchase orders into ERP with accuracy.
• Greet visitors, manage check-in, issue badges, and maintain logs.
• Answer calls, route inquiries, and manage the central email inbox.
• Scan, index, and file digital and physical order documents.
• Protect sensitive data per security policies and compliance standards.
• Provide clerical support to other departments as needed.
