Genesis Health Clubs in Wichita is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk and Kids Club. You will hire, recruit, schedule and train staff, manage guest check-ins, support member retention and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include processing deposits, maintaining inventories, coordinating with the Club Manager, and driving revenue through retail.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service.
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
• Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day Front Desk and Kids Club operations.
• Hire, recruit, schedule and train Front Desk and Kids Club staff.
• Process guest check-ins and support member retention and service quality.
• Manage daily deposits and desk inventory.
• Ensure front desk is clean, organized and well-stocked.
• Attend staff and club meetings and maintain member relationships.
