Job summary

Crunch Fitness Bloomingdale Club is seeking a Front Desk Operations Manager to lead daily member and staff experiences, onboarding, coaching, and performance. You’ll be the heartbeat of the club—driving sales, retention, and service standards while supporting the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership presence and people management experience.
• Sales-minded with a track record of improving member metrics.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented operations oversight.
• Experience leading teams in fitness, hospitality, or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Lead member integration, sales performance, and ACH onboarding.
• Support retention through cancel-save and follow-up efforts.
• Coach staff on sales techniques, enrollments, referrals, and conversions.
• Organize member engagement events and community activities.
• Manage billing, inventory, and report accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to review performance and accountability.
• Oversee cleaning protocols to maintain Crunch standards.
• Analyze reports and drive training/ development solutions.
• Support the GM in achieving membership and revenue targets.
