Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team, oversee guest services, resolve guest concerns, and ensure efficient registration and check-out at the Norfolk Airport location.

You will supervise shifts, train front desk agents, promote Rewards programs, manage cash handling, and coordinate with department managers to maintain high service standards, safety, and accuracy across daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest service needs by working shifts at the Front Desk.
• Cover shifts and breaks with Front Desk Agents as needed.
• Welcome and register guests, verify identification and payment details, and process registrations per hotel procedures.
• Check guests out after their stay following hotel procedures.
• Sell rooms, food & beverage outlets and seasonal promotions.
• Reconcile charges and cash received during the shift.
• Promote Rewards Program to guests and handle mail, faxes, and packages.
• Maintain staff grooming, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.
