Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification as required by franchise; alcohol certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel front desk experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of Front Office and night audit in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Provide quality service prior to and throughout guests’ stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
• Maintain an active supervisory role across front office departments.
