Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and guest services. You will supervise front desk agents, handle guest complaints, assist with group check-ins, and ensure seamless communication between departments in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of front desk experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform night audits and end-of-day procedures.

Qualifications

• Front desk operations experience required (1–2 years).
• Excellent communication skills required.
• High school diploma or GED plus two years of college coursework or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Good math and basic computer skills (Ten-key).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of front desk agents
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues
• Assist with group check-ins and time-saver guests
• Act as liaison between front office departments for guest service requests
• Monitor room availability and guest placement
• Serve as relief Front Desk Manager when needed
• Maintain established front desk procedures
• Monitor clerk overages and shortages
• Perform night audit and end-of-day procedures
• Train new and existing front desk agents
• Support guest services area as required
• Ensure work area is neat and fully stocked at end of shift
• Provide courteous and friendly service to all staff and guests
