Concord Hospitality is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor to oversee nightly Front Office operations and the Night Audit team. You will serve as the primary guest liaison during overnight hours, ensure accurate nightly reporting, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires supervisory experience in front office/night audit, strong decision-making, and excellent communication. You will work independently on night shifts and support hotel-wide operations to deliver exceptional

• Supervisory experience in front office or night audit preferred.
• Strong decision-making skills with knowledge of hotel policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night audit employees, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Reconcile and complete daily front desk work; run trial balance to post rooms and close the day.
• Generate accounts receivable and next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office.
• Investigate service and safety issues, initiate incident reports, and monitor investigations to timely resolution.
• Check guests in and out, operate telephone lines, and assist with guest needs.
• Escort guests to rooms when feasible and provide courteous support throughout the shift.
• Carry out additional duties and reasonable management requests as assigned.
