Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Service Desk Associate to support club operations and provide welcoming service to members and guests. You will greet entrants, manage access, address questions and concerns, and help with membership processing at the front desk.

The role includes POS operations, scheduling training sessions, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. A positive, reliable attitude and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understand and communicate the Judgment Free Zone concept.
• Accurate with numbers and able to follow directions.
• Work well independently and with others; maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and around departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and conduct club housekeeping.
