Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Service Desk Associate to greet members, handle front desk duties, process memberships, and maintain club cleanliness. This role involves interacting with members and guests while supporting management and staff in a friendly, judgment-free environment.

The position requires excellent communication, basic computer literacy, and a proactive, positive attitude to help others and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, monitor club access, and address questions or complaints.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into the database.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness, including screens, floors, and equipment.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and conduct club walk-arounds with checklists.
