Job summary

Gold's Gym Pflugerville is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to warmly welcome members and guests, check them in, answer questions, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth gym operations. • Greet members and guests warmly and check them in using proper procedures.
• Provide security and control at the front door and retail area.
• Handle guest inquiries and direct to appropriate staff.
• Answer phone calls professionally and relay messages to management.
• Assist with membership sales at kiosk or computer terminals.
• Assist with registering members for classes via app.
• Distribute keys, towels, and materials as needed.
• Log maintenance concerns and report safety issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and maintain a neat front desk appearance.
• Support with light cleaning and restocking as directed.
