Fitness Ventures LLC, Lexington, KY, seeks a Member Services Representative to create a welcoming club experience and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet members, manage check-ins, promote services, and support front desk operations with professionalism.

Responsibilities include processing payments, scheduling services, and assisting with retail. A high school diploma and 18+ age are required, with CPR certification preferred to enhance safety and guest care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Prior customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements to members and guests.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services (tanning, hydro-massage, and other amenities).
• Maintain understanding of club programs, services, hours, and schedules.
• Support daily front desk operations while following policies.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Assist with administrative and operational projects as assigned by management.
• Maintain records and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with team members to improve member engagement.
