Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members, manage check-ins, and promote club services. You will support front desk operations, respond to member inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities include handling payments, scheduling services, and assisting with events. A high school diploma and 18+ age are required, with prior customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements to members.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly or escalate to management.
• Promote and sell retail products and services to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and work area.
• Support club initiatives to improve member engagement.
