Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group, is hiring a front desk team member for our Virginia Beach clubs. You’ll greet members, check them in, give tours to prospective members, help with sign-ups, and maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability required.
• Occasionally able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Check members into the system.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist with sign‑up.
• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming facility.
