Job summary

Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group, is seeking a front desk Team Player to deliver exceptional member experiences and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. You will check members in, conduct tours, and assist with new account sign-ups while adhering to safety and cleaning protocols.

Starting at the front desk, you’ll have opportunities to advance to higher-level roles as our clubs grow, with programs and benefits designed to support your development and wellness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist with sign-up.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
