Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Strong communication, reading and writing skills.
• CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, childcare.
• Handle new member enrollment and guest conversions.
• Answer phones and manage front desk operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Be knowledgeable about club programs, schedules, and hours.
