Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming, clean, and organized club environment.

You will assist with membership inquiries, process check-ins and payments, and promote services such as personal training. A high school diploma and customer service mindset are required, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist members with inquiries about memberships, policies, and gym services; help with equipment usage.
• Check-in members, process billing and renewals, maintain organized front desk area.
• Keep front desk and surrounding areas clean and presentable, including locker rooms and bathrooms.
• Promote membership sales and services such as personal training and add-ons.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet club goals and ensure safety and cleanliness.
