Job summary

Planet Fitness in Florence, SC is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver a superior member experience in our Judgement Free Zone. You will greet members, assist with sign-ins, answer questions, process sign-ups and memberships, and represent a friendly, helpful PF team.

Responsibilities include promoting the Judgement Free Zone on the club floor, handling phones, keeping the front desk and facilities clean, and escalating issues to management as needed.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with questions or check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and assist members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
