Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional member experiences in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, and help prospective members during tours while promoting the Judgement Free Zone brand.

Responsibilities include handling sign-ups, updating contact information, processing payments, answering inquiries, and maintaining clean facilities.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Handle membership-related tasks: sign-ups, contact/billing updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess their needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and spa amenities, including restrooms and shared spaces.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to leadership promptly.
