VASA Fitness in Omaha, NE is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to be the first friendly face at the front desk. You will greet members, guide them on memberships and upgrades, and help keep the club clean and welcoming.

This role offers a base rate of $15.00 per hour plus commission with no cap, plus perks like two gym memberships, discounted personal training, and 401(k) options. 30+ hours/week includes PTO and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience; membership sales preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach.
• Able to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet members at the front desk and set a welcoming tone.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Keep the club clean and organized to create an inviting environment.
• Support member journeys and respond to inquiries to drive satisfaction.
