VASA Fitness in North Orem seeks a friendly front-desk Member Experience Specialist to greet members, create connections, and maintain a clean, inviting club environment. You will help members explore memberships, upgrades, and personal training options to support their fitness goals.

This role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask. A background in health and wellness interest is encouraged and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• 1+ year of customer service experience; membership sales preferred.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and set a positive tone at the front desk.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Keep the club clean and organized and provide a welcoming experience.
• Engage with members to understand needs and drive satisfaction.
