Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Team Lead at a US club in Norfolk. You will assist in training and developing staff, oversee member service, and handle front desk responsibilities including calls, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.

You will greet potential members with a friendly tour, help resolve member service issues, support the Club Manager, ensure policy compliance, and help maintain a positive gym image while supporting marketing efforts and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks including answering calls and assisting with questions.
• Handle member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and update accounts.
• Give gym tours to potential members.
• Support Club Manager and maintain policy adherence.
• Help oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist with marketing efforts and train staff on promotions.
• Assist in ordering supplies, keeping inventory and tracking reports.
