Job summary

Kaiserman JCC in Wynnewood, PA is seeking a Welcome Desk Associate to serve as the primary contact for members and guests. The role supports daily operations, membership services, program registration, and customer engagement.

Weekday, evening, and weekend shifts are available for a welcoming, service-oriented individual. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering inquiries, processing registrations, promoting programs, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Greet and welcome members, guests, and prospective members in a friendly, professional, and inclusive manner.
• Provide information about memberships, programs, facility amenities, events, and services.
• Assist with membership promotions, sales, retention, and engagement efforts.
• Maintain the daily operations of the Welcome Desk, ensuring a professional and organized environment.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages.
• Process program registrations and payments, and manage participant information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members, guests, and prospective members with inquiries and tours.
• Promote JCC programs, memberships, and events to drive engagement.
• Support opening/closing procedures and front desk operations.
• Maintain accurate records for memberships and registrations.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to ensure member satisfaction.
• Stay informed about schedules and events to provide accurate information.
