Job summary

The Kaiserman JCC in Wynnewood, PA is seeking a Welcome Desk Associate to serve as the friendly first contact for members, guests, and prospective members. The role supports daily operations, membership services, program registration, and customer engagement.

You will provide outstanding service, promote JCC programs, assist with sales and retention, and ensure a welcoming environment across weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to greet and assist members and guests professionally.
• Willingness to learn JCC operations and membership systems.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.
