Job summary

The Jewish Community Center Dallas in Dallas, TX is seeking a Member Services Senior Associate to welcome members and visitors, provide information, and ensure a friendly, efficient experience at the Welcome Desks.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires flexibility, strong customer service, ability to log in and navigate the JCC account, perform POS transactions, and stay up to date on programs, events, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
• Assist members with logging in and navigating their JCC account; perform POS transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of programs, events, and facilities; guide tours when needed.
• Follow policies and procedures and act as the go-to person for updates on events and closures.
• Step in as Manager on Duty outside of normal hours when required.
