• Outstanding time management and organizational skills for a multi-task, fast-paced environment
• Patient, courteous listener with the ability to show empathy
• Ability to interact professionally with multiple levels of personnel internally and externally
• Highly motivated, self-starting professional
• May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk frequently during the day
• May stand 4–8 hours per day
• May need to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Visual acuity to see and read fine prints; color vision and focus adjustment
• Must be able to hear normal voice sounds

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with upbeat voice and welcoming smile, granting access to NAC facilities
• Provide front-door security and control; activate elevator as needed
• Maintain active membership records and updated photos
• Register all guests into the NAC using proper procedures
• Listen to members questions and concerns and provide accurate responses or guide them in the right direction in person, email or by telephone
• Fold and distribute towels and other materials; coordinate group exercise sign-in sheets and stamping
• Follow opening and closing procedures
