Planet Fitness invites you to join our Front Desk team, delivering a welcoming, judgement-free experience to members and guests. You will help with check-ins, answer inquiries, and promote the brand on the club floor.

We value reliability and a positive attitude; responsibilities include memberships, tours, sales, and maintaining club cleanliness. Training is provided for CPR/AED certification and you’ll enjoy several employee perks.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with check-in.
• Promote Judgement Free Zone by engaging members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership related functions: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, transfers.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess their needs.
• Process retail transactions and help reach sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and spa areas.
• Address maintenance and safety issues promptly.
