Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming, clean club environment. You will handle check-ins, memberships, and inquiries while ensuring the front desk stays organized and attractive throughout the day.

You will assist with membership options, policies, and gym services, help with equipment usage, and direct members to resources.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner; ensure they feel welcome and valued.
• Assist members with inquiries about membership options and gym services; help with equipment usage.
• Check-in members, process membership transactions, and handle renewals.
• Keep front desk area tidy and organized; ensure locker rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-presented.
• Promote memberships and sign-ups for personal training and other services.
• Collaborate with team and management to meet club goals and maintain safety.
