Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and passion for fitness and health.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and solve problems.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions and maintain professional language.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, assisting callers, checking members in, and tours.
• Sign up new members and calculate rates and monthly payments.
• Assist the Club Manager in counting the drawer as needed.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the club; complete daily tasks within the first hour and perform cleaning.
• Complete walk-around and bathroom checks, and assist with additional cleaning projects as needed.
• Perform other duties based on club needs.
