Hometown Urgent Care is seeking a Medical Assistant Receptionist to support clinical and administrative tasks in our care centers in Ohio. The role combines front-desk registration with basic medical assisting to maintain smooth patient flow and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a physician practice or clinic.
• Strong computer skills and EMR experience.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide warm, helpful service.
• Register patients, obtain demographics, insurance, and payment info.
• Process payments including co-pays.
• Answer multi-line phone system.
• Perform basic medical assisting tasks as needed.
• Travel to care centers within designated region.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Support all service lines within the network.
