Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations to ensure professional, policy-compliant service.
• Ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out and accurate guest accounts.
• Address guest requests and problems to meet needs within guidelines.
• Supervise front desk, switchboard, business center and guest relations.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products, rooms, amenities and services.
• Hire, train and develop staff; coach when needed.
• Plan monthly meetings and audit desk work for accuracy and consistency.
