Job summary

Pavilion Oceanfront Resort in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Front Desk Manager to guide daily operations and ensure smooth guest service across day and evening shifts. This full-time, onsite role pays $20.50–$21.00 per hour and requires flexibility to cover day, mid, and evening shifts.

You will supervise front desk staff, support check-in/check-out accuracy, resolve guest concerns, train new team members, and uphold cash handling and service standards.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk operations experience; supervisory leadership preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with Maestro PMS, multi-line phones, cash handling, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach front desk associates and support accurate guest check-in/check-out.
• Handle guest concerns with calm conflict resolution and professional demeanor.
• Train new team members and ensure policy, cash-handling, and service standards are followed.
