Job summary

Grande Shores Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC, is seeking a Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Representative to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out, room keys, and guest accounts.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and strong communication. Experience is preferred but not required, with a benefits package including medical and paid vacation, plus 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of the resort.
• Issue guest keys appropriately.
• Communicate with other departments to meet guest requests.
• Accommodate guests scheduled to stay as needed.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Resolve guest concerns; assist in all inquiries related to hotel amenities and services.
