Job summary

Grande Shores Resort in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, efficient service at the hotel entrance. You will manage guest check-in and check-out, handle reservations edits and payments, and ensure a smooth arrival experience for guests.

The role is full-time with hourly pay between $15.00 and $17.00, depending on experience. Weekly pay and robust benefits are offered to support our team.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of the resort.
• Issue guest keys appropriately.
• Communicate with other departments to meet guest requests.
• Accommodate guests scheduled to stay as needed.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Resolve guest concerns; assist in all inquiries relating to hotel amenities and services.
