Job summary

Coral Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead guest room and public area upkeep. This full-time onsite role requires rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and pays $17.50–$20.00 per hour.

You will coach a housekeeping team and ensure work meets quality standards. You’ll follow OSHA guidelines, manage inventory and guest requests with strong service, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping staff.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Excellent guest service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a housekeeping team; assign work and keep pace with daily priorities
• Inspect rooms and common areas against quality standards; coach and correct as needed
• Track linens and supplies with basic inventory control
• Handle guest requests with strong customer service and clear communication
• Follow OSHA guidelines, safe chemical use, and proper lifting (up to 30 lbs)
