Job summary

Boardwalk Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Front Desk Reservationist to be guests' first contact, handling check-ins, registrations and room assignments for visitors from around the world.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, manage vacancies and requests, and respond to concerns professionally while performing accurate data entry. Flexible full-time or part-time hours are available, with paid weekly compensation and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Represent our resort to guests throughout their stay
• Registering guests
• Assignment of rooms
• Accommodating special requests
• Maintaining inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments

• Report any unusual occurrences or requests in a timely manner
• Manage guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Other duties as assigned
