Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: ensure guest satisfaction, meet service standards, and train staff in service expectations.
• Financial Results and Cost Control: manage expenses, scheduling, and budget adherence to maximize profitability.
• People Management and Training: evaluate performance, coach, hire, and develop staff; ensure training records.
• Self/Workload Management: attend meetings, plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Safety/Risk Management: conduct routine inspections and maintain a safe work environment per policy.
