B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group's Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA seeks a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with reservations.

You will manage cash, know hotel rates, and work with a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences; some nights and weekends may be required; strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail in guest interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, including pre-registration and reservations as needed.
• Post charges accurately and promptly using the Front Office system.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office software and daily hotel transactions.
• Manage cash handling, including processing payments and making correct change.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and cancellation procedures.
• Assist with taking same-day reservations and processing them efficiently, following cancellation and relocation procedures.
