B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services associate for Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA. Responsibilities include greeting guests, check-in/out, posting charges, and managing reservations with accuracy and courtesy.

We value a strong work ethic, team players, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical office environment with ability to lift up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipment required.

Qualifications

• Prolonged desk work with computer use (6–8 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out guests, assist with pre-registration.
• Post charges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain Front Office computer/ manual system and daily transactions.
• Manage cash handling including payments and making change.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know room rates, discounts and procedures for handling them.
• Process same-day reservations and follow cancellation/ relocation procedures.
