You will manage staff, scheduling, and training while ensuring budgeting and SOP adherence in a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service and 1+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Must be detail oriented, have ability to communicate well with all levels, and problem-solve with team members and guests.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: ensure guest satisfaction by meeting service standards and timely responsiveness.
• Financial Results and Cost Control: manage expenses, scheduling, and budgeting to maximize profitability.
• People Management and Training: hire, coach, and develop staff; ensure training records.
• Self/Workload Management: attend meetings, plan effectively, and maintain SOP adherence.
• Safety/Risk Management: conduct routine inspections to uphold safety and standards.
