SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist in Culver City, CA. You will act as the Front of House ambassador, delivering a 5-star concierge experience and overseeing lobby flow, security, and call routing.

You’ll also manage shipments, print production, and workplace logistics to keep operations running smoothly. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in office services or hospitality, strong MS Office skills, and are comfortable traveling to regional SPS sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in office services, hospitality, or logistics.
• Proven MS Office proficiency and ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Front of House Ambassador for guests and clients.
• Provide 5-star concierge experience and manage lobby flow.
• Handle security protocols and regional call routing with poise.
• Own inbound/outbound shipments lifecycle and custody procedures.
• Operate high-end MFDs for print, scanning, and binding.
• Maintain conference rooms and common areas in VIP condition.
• Manage inventory to ensure supplies are stocked ahead of time.
