• Oversee day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring the hotel team works together to exceed guest needs.
• Develop and support service recovery guidelines to address concerns quickly and fully, strengthening guest satisfaction.
• Coach, train, and motivate front office staff to deliver consistently great service and grow with the company.
• Assist the General Manager with developing, implementing, and monitoring financial and operational plans that support company goals.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.
