Job summary

Copper Mountain Resort seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee guest check-in/out, reservations, and billing queries while promoting a high level of guest satisfaction. This role supervises front desk operations, trains new agents, and coordinates with bell staff as needed, ensuring smooth shift transitions.

Applicants should have 2 years in front desk/ hospitality, supervisory exposure, and solid computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook). Copper Mountain context and benefits highlighted.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree preferred.
• Industry knowledge and 2 years in Front Desk, Reservations, Guest Service or Hospitality position required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Experience with Visual One, Inntopia, RTP, Timesaver, Ving Vision or Guestware is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Copper Mountain and its lodging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties: guest check-in/out, handling guest billing problems, making reservations, and using Lodging Computer menus.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Train new agents in front desk duties and oversee bell staff in absence of bell captain.
• Promote upselling at check-in and walk-ins; support group arrivals/departures.
• Verify time cards, manage cash banks, and maintain shift continuity.
• Maintain interdepartmental communication and uphold Copper Mountain culture.
