POWDR-Copper Mountain, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor at Copper Mountain Resort to lead daily front desk operations and guest service excellence. You will hire, train, and schedule staff, uphold Powdr standards, and coordinate with other lodging departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

The role requires 2 years in front desk or hospitality, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and knowledge of Copper Mountain lodging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year college degree preferred.
• Industry knowledge and 2 years in Front Desk, Reservations, Guest Service or Hospitality position required.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Experience with Visual One, Inntopia, RTP, Timesaver, Ving Vision or Guestware is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and guest check-in/out.
• Hire, train, and schedule front desk staff.
• Promote a sales culture and upsell at check-in.
• Coordinate with lodging departments and manage cash banks.
• Attend group pre-con meetings and lead 1-1 coaching.
