• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience; lodging, reservations or customer service preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities are essential for front desk teams.
• Proven customer service excellence and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front desk team across designated properties.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff.
• Manage daily operations and ensure service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and protect resort interests.
• Support revenue, yield management, and guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Liaise between Purgatory and rental program participants and tenants.
• Maintain policies, schedules, systems, and quality controls.
• Provide cross-functional training for Front Desk and Housekeeping staff.
• Handle inventory moves and guest relocations as needed.
• Assist management during Night Audit or Front Desk coverage.
